ALIGN

class description
Align takes you back to the fundamentals of your practice. Building off a solid foundation, this class will give you time to flow with your breath in each pose. Be prepared to feel strong in your body in a way that supports your practice sustainably.

GENTLE

class description
Moving at a slow and nurturing pace, this class incorporates simple movements to increase range of motion to your major joints and promote relaxation through the focus of your breath.

Gentle is the bridge between flowing and stationary holds; offering equilibrium and bliss in every pose.

STRONG

class description
Dive deep into your practice as you link breath and movement and build strength with inversions, arm balances, back bending, and spinal twists to invigorate and awaken the nervous system. This playful class is designed to build heat and energy with the purpose of opening and strengthening the body mind. 

Each teacher will use their unique style to guide students in a way that offers physical, mental, and spiritual growth.

This class is appropriate for the intermediate and advanced level Vinyasa practice, or anyone who desires a challenging class.

FLOW + RESTORE

class description
Wanna move, AND chill out?  Find the perfect balance of movement and rest, all in one hour! This liberating practice will inspire mindful movement, strength and the release of stagnant energy followed by restorative postures to bring you into deep relaxation and stillness. A long savasana will leave you calmly recharged and powerfully refreshed and ready for the weekend ahead.

Modifications will be offered throughout. Class will end with longer holds in restorative poses.

YIN

class description
Yin is a quiet and slow practice intended to complement the dynamic and active Yang practice. By passively surrendering to the low, grounding postures and holding them for several minutes, we receive a deeper opening within the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. 

The theory behind Yin Yoga is to deepen past our major muscles into our connective tissues. This holding and deepening breaks through muscle fibers that are created through inaction (such as sitting at a desk all day).
